OUR PRODUCTS

SLAB

STEEL SLABS. A semi-finished steel product obtained by rolling ingots on a rolling mill or processed through a continuous caster and cut into various lengths. The slab has a rectangular cross section and is used as a starting material in the production process of flat products, i.e. hot rolled coils or plates.

CRC & GI

CRC (Cold Rolled Coils) are steel sheets with a smooth finish and high precision, used in appliances, automotive parts, and furniture. GI (Galvanized Iron) sheets are zinc-coated to resist rust, making them ideal for roofing, fencing, and outdoor structures. Both are widely used in construction and manufacturing.

HBI

Hot Briquetted Iron (HBI) is a relatively new product, developed in the past 25 years, as a supplement for pig iron and scrap in electric furnace steel mills. It is a compacted form of direct reduced iron (DRI), which facilitates its handling, storage, and use.

HRC

Hot rolling is a mill process that involves rolling the steel at a high temperature (typically at a temperature over 1700° F), which is above the steel's recrystallization temperature.

DRI

Direct reduced iron (DRI), also called sponge iron, is produced from the direct reduction of iron ore (in the form of lumps, pellets, or fines) to iron by a reducing gas or elemental carbon produced from natural gas or coal. Many ores are suitable for direct reduction.

BILLET

A billet is a length of metal that has a round or square cross-section, with an area less than 36 in2 (230 cm2). Billets are created directly via continuous casting or extrusion or indirectly via hot rolling an ingot or bloom. Billets are further processed via profile rolling and drawing.

HRC Plates

HRC (Hot Rolled Coils) plates are steel sheets rolled at high temperatures, making them strong, durable, and easy to form. They are available in thicknesses ranging from 3mm up to 330mm and are commonly used in construction, shipbuilding, bridges, and heavy machinery due to their toughness and weldability.

Seamless & Welded Pipes

Welded pipes: rolled and welded from flat steel strip, cost-effective for low-to-medium pressure use.
Seamless pipes: formed without a weld from solid billet, stronger and suited for high-pressure, high-temperature environments.

Angles & Channels

Angles are L-shaped steel sections used for structural support in frames, shelves, and bridges. Channels are U-shaped steel sections commonly used in construction for support beams, trailers, and machinery. Both provide strength and stability in various structural applications.

Wire rods

Wire rods: hot-rolled coils of round steel, typically 5–18 mm in diameter, used as the starting material for drawing into wires for nails, screws, springs, and mesh.
